1 frozen H-E-B Pie Shell
2 c. broccoli florets, chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
1 oz. H-E-B Traditional Goat Cheese
1 1/2 c. H-E-B Real Egg
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preheat oven to 400°F. Bake frozen pie shell 10 minutes, until slightly browned. Remove and set aside to cool.
While pie shell bakes, bring a medium non-stick skillet to Medium-Low heat. Add broccoli, garlic, and 1/4 cup water. Cover and steam broccoli for 3 minutes.
Pour broccoli into pie shell and top with pea-size portions of goat cheese.
In a small mixing bowl, beat egg substitute, salt, and pepper until foamy. Pour over broccoli and cheese.
Bake 25 minutes or until center of quiche is set.
