4  medium baking potatoes, baked

2  c.  frozen broccoli, cooked

1/2  shredded Mexican Blend Cheese

1  c.  diced cooked chicken (rotisserie)

1/2  c.  nonfat Greek Yogurt

1/2  c.  milk


Preheat oven to 400°F.

Score the top of the baked potatoes with a knife. Scoop out pulp, place in a bowl, and combine with remaining ingredients.

Stuff potato shells with the mixture and bake 30 minutes. Let potatoes stand 10 minutes before serving.
