1  Tbsp.  Central Market Lemon Infused Olive Oil

1  onion, chopped

2  lbs.  Lean Beef Brisket, cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces

2  cans H-E-B Borracho Beans, rinsed and drained

1  can (14 oz.) H-E-B Fired Roasted Diced Tomatoes, undrained

1  can (8 oz.) tomato sauce

1  Tbsp.  garlic powder

1  Tbsp.  chili powder

1  Tbsp.  ground cumin

*  salt and pepper, to taste

*  H-E-B That Green Sauce, (optional)


Heat oil in a large stock pot. Add onion and brisket and cook until brisket is brown on all sides.

Remove brisket and onions, place in slow cooker.

Stir in beans, tomatoes, tomato sauce, seasonings, and That Green Sauce to taste.

Cook on Low 6-8 hours. For added heat, serve with additional That Green Sauce.
