1 cup mayonnaise
2 cloves garlic
1 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
4 tilapia fillets
1/2 cup H-E-B Seasoned Flour
2/3 Tbsp. canola oil
Place 2 racks in oven, as close to the center as possible, then heat oven to 475°F.
Sprinkle a canola oil on each side of fish and batter each fish in H-E-B Seasoned Flour. Line a large baking sheet with foil and lay fish on foil in a single layer.
Heat fish 10 minutes on lower oven rack.Split bolillos in half horizontally; place halves on another large baking sheet, cut-sides down. Meanwhile, combine mayonnaise, garlic and fresh lime sauce to create spread.
Remove fish from oven; turn to second side and return to oven 2 to 4 more minutes. Place bread halves on top oven rack to heat at the same time.
Remove fish and bread from oven. Spread mixture over cut sides of bread. Place fish and lettuce in between bread halves. Cut into portions and serve immediately.
