3/4 cup Bertolli® Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 Tbsp H-E-B Balsamic Vinegar
1 Tbsp Basil, chopped
1 Tbsp Flat Leaf Parsley, chopped
1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast Halves
4 cups H-E-B Bow Tie Pasta
1 jar (26 oz.) Bertolli® Tomato & Basil Pasta Sauce
Combine the olive oil, vinegar, basil, parsley, lemon juiceand breast halves in a plastic zipper bag; toss to coatbreasts evenly. Marinate chicken breasts in refrigeratorfor 30 minutes.
Spray grill rack with non-stick cooking spray to preventsticking. Prepare charcoal or gas grill for cooking(375F). Discard the marinade and grill the chicken on each side for 6 to 8 minutes or until fully cooked (internal temperature 170F). Cut meat across the grain into 1/2-inch strips.
While chicken is grilling, prepare the bow tie pastaaccording to package directions. Drain and place in alarge pasta bowl. Heat pasta sauce in a microwave safebowl for 5 minutes and spoon over pasta. Top Pasta with grilled chicken
