Ingredients

1/2 cup Central Market™ Organics wild blueberry preserves

2 tbsp. sugar

1 cup Central Market™ Organics frozen wild blueberries

2 tsp. Cornstarch (dissolved in 2 tsp. water)

2 cups Hill Country Fare strawberry whipped topping

1 pkg. (28 oz.) H-E-B classic selections™ new york cheesecake thawed

Instructions


In a small saucepan over medium heat, simmer preserves, sugar,1/2 cup water and blueberries for 10 minutes.

Once mixture is bubbling stir in cornstarch mixture and stir to thicken.

Remove from heat and rest for 10 minutes.

Remove cheesecake from package.

Spoon blueberry mixture over cheesecake to cover entire cake.
