1 1/2 cups H-E-B milk, regular 2 % or fat free
3/4 cup All purpose biscuit mix
3/4 cup Hill Country Fare rolled oats
2 cups H-E-B blueberry almond cereal
1/4 cup Sugar or H-E-B better sweet (optional)
Heat oven to 375F.
Line a 6-cup muffin pan with paper or foilcupcake liners.
Beat eggs in a medium-size bowl. Add milk, all-purpose biscuit mix, and rolled oats; stir until smooth.
Add H-E-B Blueberry Almond Cereal and sugar or H-E-B Better Sweet sugar replacement to mixture; stir to combine.
Spoon batter into prepared muffin pan, fillingcups halfway. Bake for 15-20 minutes or untilgolden brown. Cool slightly before removing from muffin pan. Cool completely on wire rack. Store muffins in a sealable container or bag and refrigerate or freeze
