1 pound peeled and deveined raw shrimp
1/4 pound butter
* Chef Geoffrey Michael's Caliente Seasoning
12 ounces fettuccini
2 (1 1/4 oz.) packages Alfredo pasta sauce blend
1 tablespoon parsley
Prepare Fettuccini and Alfredo pasta sauce blend per instructions; set aside.
Coat shrimp liberally with Caliente seasoning and sauté in butter 3 to 4 minutes, turning often.
Serve on top of Fettuccini and sauce; sprinkle with parsley. Note: Cooking time for shrimp varies according to size. Larger shrimp take longer to cook; smaller shrimp take less time to cook.
