4 (1/2 inch thick) ribeye steaks
* H-E-B Blackened Seasoning
4 tsp. butter
* steamed veggies
2 cups sugar snap peas, washed
1 cup matchstick carrots
1 Glad Simply Cooking Microwave Steaming Bag
Prepare gas or charcoal grill for cooking. Generously season steaks with blackened seasoning on both sides. Cook steaks to desired doneness. Remove from grill and place 1 teaspoon of butter on each steak. Tent with foil to keep warm.
Add peas and carrots to cooking bag, seal bag and cook in microwave for 4-5 minutes (follow diagram and instructions on box). Serve steak with veggies.
