1 cup H-E-B Instant Long Grain Rice
1 (15 ounce) can seasoned black beans, rinsed and drained
1 large tomato, chopped
1 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped cilantro
1/3 cup vinaigrette salad dressing
Prepare rice according to package directions and cool.
Combine rice, beans, tomato, celery, cilantro and salad dressing in a large bowl; toss to coat ingredients. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and chill for 1 hour.
