Ingredients

1  (15 oz.) can H-E-B Refried Beans (nonfat), heated

1 1/2  Tbsp.  chopped chipotle peppers in adobo sauce

8  H-E-B Baked Tostadas

2  Tbsp.  crumbled cotija cheese

1/2  avocado, peeled, cored, sliced

2  Tbsp.  H-E-B Pico De Gallo

1/4  c.  chopped cilantro

1  lime, quartered

Instructions


Combine beans with chipotle peppers in a mixing bowl.

Spread 2 Tbsp. of bean mixture on each tostada and sprinkle with Cotija cheese.

Top with avocado slices, pico de gallo, and cilantro. Add a squeeze of lime juice and serve.
