Ingredients

1/2  c.  cilantro

2  Tbsp.  H-E-B Extra Virgin Olive Oil

2  Tbsp.  lime juice

*  hot sauce to taste

2  avocados, chopped

1  c.  corn

2  cans (15 oz.) H-E-B No Salt Added Black Beans, drained & rinsed

1  c.  tomatoes, diced

*  salt and pepper

*  H-E-B Unsalted Restaurant Style Tortilla Chips

Instructions


Make dressing: whisk together cilantro, oil, lime juice, and hot sauce in a small bowl.

In a separate bowl, combine avocado, corn, beans, and tomato. Add dressing; toss. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve with tortilla chips.
