1 large bunch kale
1/2 c. sweet chili sauce
1/4 c. balsamic vinegar
1 Tbsp. diced garlic
2 cans (15 oz. each) black beans, rinsed & drained
1 tsp. salt
1 large tomato, chopped
2 avocados, sliced
Chop kale and place in a medium mixing bowl. Add chili sauce, balsamic vinegar, and garlic. Mix thoroughly and let sit 10 - 15 minutes (you may need to allow extra time for Kale to wilt).
Add black beans, salt, pepper, and tomato; mix thoroughly.
Serve with sliced avocado.
