1 1/2 pounds (1 1/2 inches thick) H-E-B Angus Natural Sirloin Steak
1 sweet white onion
8 jalapeño peppers
1 container H-E-B Seriously Sweet Tomatoes
1 pouch (16 oz.) H-E-B Fresher Lasting Salsa
Cut the sirloin into 1 1/2-inch cubes and set aside. Cut the onion into 8 wedges and then cut each wedge in half and set aside.
Skewer ingredients in the following order: tomato, sirloin cube, onion chunk, sirloin cube, jalapeño pepper, and sirloin cube. Spray the skewers with nonstick cooking spray and season to taste with salt and pepper. Arrange skewers on a tray or baking sheet, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate until ready to grill.
Spray grill rack with nonstick cooking spray. Prepare charcoal or gas grill for cooking (375F). Place skewers on grill rack and grill each side for 6 to 12 minutes, dependingon the degree of doneness you desire: 6 minutes for medium rare, 8 minutes for medium, and 12 minutes for well done. Place the grilled beef skewers on a platter and serve with salsa.
