1/2 jar (15.5 oz.) H-E-B More Fruit Triple Berry Fruit Spread
1 jar (8 oz.) pepperoncinis
1 lb. salmon filet
• non-stick cooking spray
1/8 tsp. black pepper
2 Tbsp. pine nuts
Add fruit spread and juice from pepperoncini to a gallon-size zipper bag or large bowl, stir well. Add salmon and marinate in refrigerator 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 350°F. Coat a large baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray and arrange salmon on top. Sprinkle with pepper.
Sprinkle pine nuts over fish and bake 25 minutes, or to personal preference. Salt to taste. Enjoy!
