3 cups self-rising flour
2 tbsp. sugar
1 can (12 oz) beer, regular or non-alcoholic
1 cup shredded cheddar or pepper jack cheese
2 tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Spray a 5 x 9 inch loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray and set aside.
Combine flour, sugar, beer and cheese in a large bowl, just until blended.
Pour batter into prepared loaf pan.
Place in oven and bake for 50-60 minutes.
Remove from oven and brush top with melted butter
