self-rising flour

tbsp.
sugar

can
(12 oz) beer, regular or non-alcoholic
1
cup
shredded cheddar or pepper jack cheese

tbsp.
butter or margarine, melted
![]() Instructions ![]() Heat oven to 350 degrees.
![]() Spray a 5 x 9 inch loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray and set aside.
![]() Combine flour, sugar, beer and cheese in a large bowl, just until blended.
![]() Pour batter into prepared loaf pan.
![]() Place in oven and bake for 50-60 minutes.
![]() Remove from oven and brush top with melted butter
