1 bag (12 oz.) H-E-B Fully Cooked® Italian Beef Crumbles
1 block (8 oz.) Cream cheese
1 jar (14 oz.) H-E-B Puttanesca Tomato Sauce
1 box (10 oz.) Frozen chopped spinach thawed & squeezed dry
1 pkg. (16 oz.) H-E-B thin spaghetti cooked according to package instructions
2 cups Shredded mozzarella cheese
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
In a large microwave safe dish, combine beef crumbles,cream cheese and tomato sauce. Microwave on high at 5 minute intervals until cream cheese is melted and stirred in.
Spray a 9x13-inch casserole pan.
In a large bowl toss thawed spinach, spaghetti and meat sauce.
Pour spaghetti mixture into casserole pan and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
Bake uncovered for 10 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
