sour cream and fresh pico de gallo, mild or hot
![]() Instructions ![]() Preheat oven to 400°F. Spray a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with non-stick spray.
![]() Combine beef, stew and chips in a large bowl. Transfer mixture to prepared baking dish. Top with shredded cheese.
![]() Cover with foil and bake 30 minutes or until casserole is hot and bubbly. Remove from oven. Let stand 5 minutes.
![]() Spoon sour cream and pico de gallo over casserole. Serve while hot.
