Ingredients

1  bag (12 oz.)  frozen H-E-B Fully Cooked Beef Fajitas

1  jar  Cookwell & Company All Natural Texas Two-Step Green Chili Stew

1  bag (10 oz.)  H-E-B Tortilla Chips

8  oz. (2 c.)  H-E-B Shredded Mexican Blend Cheese

1  c. each  sour cream and fresh pico de gallo, mild or hot

Instructions


Preheat oven to 400°F. Spray a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with non-stick spray.

Combine beef, stew and chips in a large bowl. Transfer mixture to prepared baking dish. Top with shredded cheese.

Cover with foil and bake 30 minutes or until casserole is hot and bubbly. Remove from oven. Let stand 5 minutes.

Spoon sour cream and pico de gallo over casserole. Serve while hot.
