1 lb. H-E-B Sirloin Stir-Fry
1 Tbsp. H-E-B Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 shallot, minced
3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 thumb-size piece ginger, grated
1 lg. head broccoli, cut into bite-size florets
1 red pepper, sliced into thin strips
1/2 c. Central Market Organics Low Sodium Chicken Broth
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 Tbsp. low sodium soy sauce
1 Tbsp. oyster sauce
1 - 2 tsp. chili garlic sauce
Place beef in a large zipper bag. Combine marinade ingredients in a small bowl, stirring well to dissolve cornstarch. Pour over beef and seal bag. Marinate 1 hour.
Heat a wok or large frying pan over medium-high heat. Add oil and swirl around, add shallot, garlic, and ginger. Stir-fry 1 minute to release the fragrance.
Remove beef from zipper bag and reserve marinade. Add beef to wok and stir-fry until browned, 4 - 5 minutes. Add broccoli and red pepper. Continue to stir-fry until veggies are crisp tender.
Add reserved marinade and bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer and cook 1 - 2 minutes or until sauce thickens. Remove from heat and enjoy!
