1 bag (16 oz.) H-E-B Frozen Select Edamame Asian Blend
1 bag (12 oz.) H-E-B Fully Cooked Beef Sirloin
2 tomatoes, cut into chunks
2 slices H-E-B Ready Fresh Go!® Red Onions, separated into rings
6 H-E-B Ready Fresh Go!® Romaine Leaves, torn into bite-size pieces
3 Tbs. H-E-B Red Wine Vinegar
3 tablespoons H-E-B Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Cook edamame according to package directions, drain, and cool.
Meanwhile, heat sirloin according to package directions and slice thin. Combine cooked edamame and sliced sirloin in a large salad bowl.
Combine red wine vinegar and olive oil in a small bowl and mix well with a fork. Season vinaigrette with salt and pepper to taste. Pour dressing over meat and vegetables.
Layer tomato pieces, onion slices, and romaine lettuce over the edamame and sirloin mixture. Cover the salad with plastic wrap and chill for 15 minutes or until ready to serve
