Ingredients

4  tilapia fillets

1/8  Tbsp.  olive oil

2  limes, juiced, and zested

2  tsp.  tequila, optional

1/2  tsp.  salt

2  Tbsp.  chopped basil

Instructions


Combine all ingredients except tilapia in a zip top bag. Add fish, seal, and turn to coat.

Marinate 30 minutes to an hour.

Preheat grill to Medium.

Remove fish from marinade and place on grill. Cook 3 minutes per side.

Pour remaining marinade into a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Turn off heat and spoon sauce over grilled tilapia.
