1 lb. natural ground pork, 10% fat
4 green onions, chopped fine
1 bunch basil, chopped fine
1 Tbsp. chinese five spice
1/2 c. Robert's Reserve Plum Garlic Thai Sauce
4 H-E-B Bake Shop Hamburger Buns
1/2 c. shredded carrots
1 jalapeno, seeded and sliced
1 small red onion, sliced
Preheat oven to 400°F.
In a large mixing bowl, combine pork, green onions, basil, and Chinese five spice. Mix until completely combined.
Roll into 4 equal size balls, and then flatten into patties. Place patties on a foil-lined baking sheet.
Bake approximately 20 minutes, basting halfway through with Plum Garlic Thai Sauce.
To build burger, place 1 patty on each bottom bun. Top with carrots, jalapeño, red onion, and bun top. Enjoy!
