2  c.  instant corn masa flour

1/4  c.  H-E-B Olive Oil

1  tsp.  chili powder

1  tsp.  salt

1  (14 oz.) H-E-B Fat Free Refried Beans

3  c.  rotisserie chicken, shredded

2  avocados, chopped

*  H-E-B Fresh Produce Ranchera Salsa – Tomatillo Guacamole


Preheat oven to 400°F. Prepare baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray; set aside.

Combine corn masa flour, 1 1/2 cups warm water, olive oil, chili powder, and salt in a bowl. Knead a few minutes on a floured surface. Divide into 12 balls; keep moist in a zipper bag. Press each ball into a 3-inch diameter round. Place on prepared pan, spray both sides with non-stick spray; bake 12 minutes or until golden.

Fill each gordita slider with 1 tablespoon refried beans, chicken, avocado, and salsa.
