1/2 cup Peloponnese Pitted Kalamata Olives, chopped
1 cup Tuscany Cipriani Sauce
* Hill Country Fare Ground Black Pepper
* Alessi Sea Salt
1 pound Basa Fillets
1/2 cup shredded Asiago cheese
Heat oven to 450 degrees F. Spray a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Season fillets on both sides with salt and pepper.
Place fillets in baking dish. Season both sides with salt and pepper. Spoon sauce evenly over tops of fillets.
Bake about 8 minutes, or until fish turns from translucent to opaque (white) and just begins to flake when tested with a fork. Do not overcook fish.
Remove fillets from oven; sprinkle with cheese and olives. Return to oven briefly, 1 to 2 minutes or until cheese begins to melt.
