1 pound flounder fillets
2 1/4 tablespoon vegetable oil
* dash of pepper
1/3 cup seasoned bread crumbs
Preheat oven to 500 degrees. Season fillets with pepper then dip in oil and coat with bread crumbs.
In a lightly oiled shallow baking dish, arrange flounder in single layers.
Bake 10 minutes with no turning or basting.
