Ingredients

1 box (12 oz.) Davinci Jumbo Shells

2 cups Central Market™ Organics Frozen Spinach

1 cup H-E-B Cottage Cheese

1 pkg. (2.1 oz.) H-E-B Fully Cooked® Bacon, crumbled

1 jar (26 oz.) H-E-B Pasta Sauce with Black Olives and Capers

Instructions


Cook pasta according to box instructions and set aside.

Microwave spinach to thaw and strain out excess water.

Combine cottage cheese, Italian cheese, bacon and spinach in a mixing bowl.

Fill shells with mixture and place in a baking dish. Pour pasta sauce over shells and bake for 20 minutes.
