1 lb. center cut pork chops
* salt and pepper
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1/2 (9 oz. bottle) Better Than Good Bacon Jam
2 Tbsp. H-E-B Goat Cheese, plain
2 Tbsp. cilantro, minced
Lightly season pork chops with salt and pepper.
Heat a large skillet to Medium-High, add oil and brown pork until fully cooked.
Spread one spoonful of bacon jam on each pork chop.
Sprinkle with goat cheese, and a garnish of cilantro. Serve & Enjoy!
