1  head  romaine lettuce

1/2  cup  almonds, sliced or toasted

1  ripe mango peeled and diced (approx. 1 cup)

1/3  cup  H-E-B garlic BBQ sauce


In a bowl mix the dices of mango with H-E-B garlic BBQ sauce. Put in refrigerator for about 15 to 30 minutes.

Wash the lettuce, place in a salad bowl. Add the mango with the BBQ sauce and the almonds. Enjoy.
