1  pkg. (13.25 oz.) H-E-B 100% Whole Wheat Rotini Pasta

2  Tbsp.  apple cider vinegar

12  oz.  nonfat plain greek yogurt

1/2  c.  H-E-B Specialty Series Memphis BBQ Sauce

1  H-E-B Rotisserie Chicken, skin removed, shredded

3  stalks celery, diced

1/2  red bell pepper, diced

1/2  red onion, diced


Cook pasta according to directions on box, then drain.

Meanwhile, combine vinegar, yogurt, and BBQ sauce in a large bowl.

Add drained pasta, shredded chicken, and veggies.

Serve warm or refrigerate for 30 minutes and enjoy chilled.
