2 tbsp.  -  olive oil

2   Tbsp.  fresh lime juice

3/8   tsp.  kosher salt

1/8   tsp.  freshly ground black pepper

2   c.  rotisserie chicken breast, shredded, skinless, boneless

1/4   c.  fresh cilantro, chopped

3/4   c.  salsa

1/2  -  ripe avocado, peeled and chopped

*  -  tortilla chips


Combine olive oil, lime juice, salt and pepper in medium bowl.

Add chicken and cilantro; toss to combine.

Gently fold in salsa and avocado.

Serve with tortilla chips.
