Hill Country Fare refrigerated pie crust

H-E-B Fully Cooked bacon, chopped

9 ounce box
frozen Hill Country Fare asparagus spears, cut into 1-inch sections
4
eggs, beaten
1 1/2
cups
H-E-B half and half, heavy cream or skim milk
1
cup
shredded H-E-B jalapeno jack cheese
![]() Instructions ![]() Heat oven to 400 degrees. Line a deep-dish pie pan with one Hill Country Fare refrigerated pie crust. Sprinkle chopped bacon and cut frozen asparagus in pie crust and set aside.
![]() Combine eggs, half and half or cream and 1/2 cup of shredded cheese in a bowl. Season mixture with salt and fresh cracked black pepper. Carefully pour egg mixture over asparagus and bacon. Top the quiche with remaining shredded cheese.
![]() Bake on center oven rack for 10 minutes at 400 degrees. Reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees and continue baking quiche for 35 more minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean
