1 Tbsp. canola oil
2 Tbsp. sesame oil
1 lb. skirt steak, sliced
1 Tbsp. finely chopped lemon grass
1 each onion, zucchini, squash, and carrot, sliced
1 Tbsp. hoisin sauce
2 Tbsp. plum sauce
2 c. cooked white rice
Bring a large sauté pan to High heat. Add both oils and beef, and cook 5 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients and cook 12 minutes, stirring often, or until beef is cooked through and vegetables are fork tender. Serve over rice.
