2  c.  H-E-B Select Frozen Extra Fine Whole Green Beans

1  (6 oz.) bag  H-E-B Steamable Asian or White Rice

2  H-E-B Wild Alaskan Cod Fillets, thawed

1  Tbsp.  each: peanut oil and sesame oil

ΒΌ  c.  teriyaki, hoisin, or peanut satay sauce

1  Tbsp.  sesame seeds


Place green beans in a microwave-safe dish and cover with plastic wrap. Microwave on high for 2 minutes and set aside. Heat rice according to package directions and keep warm.

Cut thawed fi llets into one-inch slices and set aside.

Heat large wok or skillet over high heat for 4 minutes. Add oil and heat for 30 seconds. Add fi sh and stir-fry for 3 to 4 minutes until almost cooked. Add green beans and sauce and continue to stir-fry for 2 minutes.

Place fi sh and green beans over steamed rice on platter and top with sesame seeds. Serve hot.
