3 frozen H-E-B Fully Cooked Sweet Chili Chicken Breasts
4 cups thinly sliced Napa cabbage (about 1/2 head)
1/2 English cucumber, sliced
1/2 cup sliced green onions, including tops (1/2 bunch)
2 cups Matchstix® (julienne-cut) carrots (5 ounces)
1 1/2 cups chow mein noodles
1 3 ounce tub H-E-B Great Catch Asian splash
1 tablespoon water
Heat chicken breasts according to package directions. Slice chicken across the grain into thin strips.
Meanwhile, slice cabbage and cucumber as thinly as possible. Slice green onions, including tops.
Blend Asian Splash and water. Toss cabbage, cucumber, onions, carrots and noodles in a large bowl with dressing; lay chicken strips over top. Serve immediately.
