16 frozen Hill Country Fare Flounder, thawed
2 tablespoons sesame oil
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
4 green onions, chopped
2 pounces boil in bag rice
Combine thawed Hill Country Fare Flounder Fillets, sesame oil, soy sauce, sesame seeds and green onions in a medium-size bowl and marinate for 10 minutes. Prepare rice according to package directions and keep warm.
Heat a large skillet over high heat for 3 minutes. Pan fry 3 to 4 flounder fillets at a time, over high heat, for 2 to 3 minutes per side. Serve Asian pan-fried flounder over steamed rice.
