4 servings of 2 wraps

Ingredients

1  Tbsp.  sesame oil

1  lb.  H-E-B Beef for Stir Fry

2  Tbsp.  garlic powder

2  Tbsp.  ground ginger

2  Tbsp.  light soy sauce

2  Tbsp.  brown sugar or brown sugar substitute

3/4  c.  shredded carrots

*  iceberg lettuce leaves

1/2  c.  green onion, chopped

Instructions


Heat a large skillet over High heat; add oil and beef; stir-fry until brown. Add garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sugar, carrots, and 2 Tablespoons water; stirfry 2 minutes.

Lay out lettuce leaves on a serving tray and fill each with beef mixture; garnish with green onion.
