1 lb. Boneless and skinless chicken thighs
1/3 c. Cookwell and Company Asian Ginger
1 Tbs. Lime juice
Salt, pepper and marinate the chicken with vinaigrette in a zip-lock bag for 1 – 2 hours.
Place a skillet over medium heat, add oil, tilt to coat and let heat up.
Place chicken in the pan and let cook for 4 minutes, or until opaque.
Pour on a little more vinaigrette, and a splash of limejuice.
