Ingredients

2  boxes (7 oz.each)  Green Giant Healthy Weight Vegetables

1  bag (16 oz.)  H-E-B Steamable Asian or White Rice

1  bag (12 oz.)  H-E-B Fully Cooked® Chicken or Turkey Medallions, thawed

1/4  cup  H-E-B Texas Twists® Spicy Peanut Jalapeño Dressing

1/4  cup  H-E-B Snax Hot & Spicy Peanuts, chopped (optional)

Instructions


Heat the Green Giant Steamable Vegetables and H-E-B Steamable Rice according to package directions and keep warm.

While the vegetables and rice are being heated, cut the turkey or chicken medallions into thin strips. Heat a skillet over medium heat for 3 minutes. Add the sliced medallions and stir-fry for 1 minute to heat. Add the Spicy Peanut Jalapeño Dressing and stir-fry for 1 more minute or until the medallions are heated through.

Spread rice in platter and top with vegetables, spicy jalapeño sliced medallions and peanuts.
