8 ounces (4 cups) Pepperidge Farm Herb Seasoned Stuffing
8 ounces thick-sliced bacon, maple-flavor preferred (optional)
2 cups Central Market™ Organics Chicken Broth
1 cup Dean Fearing Sun-Kissed Apricot Sauce
1/2 cup Adams Reserve Mirepoix
1/2 cup dried cranberries
4 Tablespoons butter
1/2 cup walnut pieces
Heat oven to 350°F. Coat a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with non-stick spray.
If using bacon, chop coarsely and cook in a large skillet over Medium-High heat until browned. Drain on paper towels.
Heat broth in a small sauce pan with apricot sauce, mirepoix, cranberries and butter; bring to a boil and remove from heat.
Place dry stuffing, walnuts and bacon (if using) in a large mixing bowl; toss with broth mixture. Transfer stuffing to prepared baking dish.
Bake uncovered 30 minutes or until piping hot.
