![]() Instructions ![]() Heat oven to 350°F. Coat a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with non-stick spray.
![]() If using bacon, chop coarsely and cook in a large skillet over Medium-High heat until browned. Drain on paper towels.
![]() Heat broth in a small sauce pan with apricot sauce, mirepoix, cranberries and butter; bring to a boil and remove from heat.
![]() Place dry stuffing, walnuts and bacon (if using) in a large mixing bowl; toss with broth mixture. Transfer stuffing to prepared baking dish.
