Apple Walnut Salad

Ingredients

2  large  Granny Smith or Pink Lady Apples, peeled, cored and thin sliced

•  juice of 1 lemon

1  bag (5 oz.)  H-E-B Ready Fresh Go! Spring Mix Greens

1/4  c.  H-E-B Reduced Fat Feta Cheese

1/2  c.  Hill Country Fare Walnut Pieces

1/4  c.  Easy Pomegranate Vinaigrette, see recipe

Instructions


Toss sliced apple slices in lemon juice and drain. Layer the drained apple slices, salad greens, Feta cheese and walnuts in a large salad bowl. Cover salad with plastic wrap and chill for 15 minutes or until ready to serve.

Before serving, toss the salad and add 2 Tablespoons Pomegranate Vinaigrette to each serving.
