Ingredients

4  green apples, sliced

2  Tbsp.  butter

2  Tbsp.  brown sugar, divided

*  pinch ground nutmeg

1  c.  heavy cream

1  tsp.  cinnamon

1  pt.  blackberries

1  lb.  plain crepes

Instructions


In a medium sauté pan over Medium heat, add apples, butter and 1 Tablespoon brown sugar. When apples are hot, stir in nutmeg and cook 10 minutes. Remove and cool.

While apples cool, place heavy cream in a large bowl. Add remaining sugar and cinnamon. Mix on high until whipped cream has stiff peaks.*

Place cooled apple mixture on crepes and gently roll up. Once rolled, spoon any leftover liquid over crepes and top with cinnamon whipped cream and blackberries.
