1 container (8 oz) lowfat apple yogurt
1 cup Apple and Cinnamon Toasted Oats
Wash and cut apple into slices. Remove seeds and chop into bite-size pieces.
Combine apple pieces and yogurt in a medium-size bowl. Cover and chill for 30 minutes.
Before serving, add Apple and Cinnamon Toasted Oats cereal and stir to combine. Serve immediately.
