4 (8 inch) H-E-B Whole Wheat Tortillas
1 c. H-E-B 2% Reduced Fat Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
1 large apple, sliced thinly
Coat a large skillet with cooking spray or brush with oil. Place over Medium-Low heat.
Sprinkle 2 Tablespoons of cheese on half of each tortilla. Layer apple slices on top, followed by 2 Tablespoons remaining cheese. Fold bare half of each tortilla over filling.
Add quesadillas to skillet and cook, pressing down with spatula occasionally, until browned on underside, 2 to 3 minutes. Serve.
