1 can Hill Country Fare Refrigerated Crescent or Dinner rolls
2 small Granny smith apples cored & sliced
4 packets H-E-B Better Sweet or 2 tsp.sugar
1/2 tsp. Central Market Organics Ground Cinnamon
1 c. H-E-B Shredded Reduced Fat Mexican Blend or Monterey Jack Cheese
2 Tbsp. H-E-B Sabor Tradicional Cajeta Quemada
Heat the oven to 450°F. Spray a large baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray.
Arrange crescent rolls or dinner rolls in a pizza crust shape and press out to 10 inches in diameter and set aside.
Meanwhile, combine the sliced apples, H-E-B Better Sweet (or sugar) and cinnamon in a bowl and toss to coat the ingredients.
Bake pizza for 10 minutes to parbake. Let cool.
Top the crust with the apple mixture and shredded cheese. Drizzle with the cajeta quemada. Bake the Apple Cajeta Pizza for 10 minutes, then let cool for 10 minutes. Cut into 6 wedges and serve.
