Ingredients

32  oz.  Central Market Organics Low Sodium Chicken Broth

2  c.  leftover turkey, white and dark meat

2  carrots, cut into 2-inch pieces

1  pkg. (5 oz.) Central Market Organics Power Greens

1  onion, sliced

3  cloves garlic, chopped

1/2  c.  Central Market Organics Ancient Grains Five Grain Blend, uncooked

1  tsp.  pepper

1  Tbsp.  olive oil

Instructions


Place a large stock pot over Medium heat. Add in olive oil and then add in carrots, onions, and garlic. Cook until onions begin to brown slightly.

Add in broth.

Add in ancient grains and power greens. Cook for 15 minutes or until grains are cooked through. Season with the salt and pepper.

Serve in a large soup bowl.
