1 c. H-E-B Real Egg
1 1/2 c. almonds, finely chopped
1/2 c. H-E-B Parmesan Cheese
1 Tbsp. H-E-B Texas Originals Chicken Fajita Seasoning
4 H-E-B Natural Bonless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
1 tsp. salt
Preheat oven to 375°F. Prepare baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray. Set aside.
Create a dredging station with a shallow bowl with real egg and a second shallow bowl with a mixture of almonds, cheese, and fajita seasoning.
Take one chicken breast at a time and coat in egg, and then dredge in almond mixture. Coat evenly and place on baking sheet.
Bake 20 minutes, or until juices run clear. Salt and pepper to taste.
