Ingredients

1 1/4  pounds  ground beef chuck

1/2  cup  Canyon Grilling & Dipping Sauce

1/2  tablespoon  salt

1/2  tablespoon  ground black pepper

1/2  cup  Vidalias & Sweet Peppers Relish

1/4  cup  Terrapin Ridge Smokey Onion Mustard

4  Kaiser rolls or hamburger buns

*  tomato slices

*  lettuce leaves

Instructions


Heat charcoal until covered with a light layer of gray ash or heat gas grill on High 10 minutes with lid closed.

Meanwhile, combine beef with grilling sauce, salt and pepper. Shape mixture into four 4-inch patties.

Grill patties over Medium heat 6 to 7 minutes per side. Top with cheese after turning to second side; lay buns around perimeter of grill to heat, if desired. Close grill lid to melt cheese. Before removing from heat, use an instant read meat thermometer inserted sideways into ground beef patties to ensure beef has reached an internal temperature of 160 degrees throughout, or until center is not pink and juices show no pink color. Put cooked patties on a clean plate.

Spread bottom half of bun with onion relish. Spread top bun with mustard. Place patties, tomato slices and lettuce in between buns. Serve immediately.
