Ingredients

1/2  pounds  shredded green cabbage

1/4  pound  shredded purple cabbage

1/4  cup  sliced red onion

1/4  cup  sliced sweet red peppers

1/4  cup  pitted kalamata olives

1/4  cup  feta cheese, crumbled

1/2  teaspoon  dried oregano

1/4  cup  olive oil

1/4  cup  freshly squeezed lemon juice, mixed

*  salt and pepper to taste

Instructions


Mix all ingredients. Toss with oil and lemon juice mixture. Serve immediately.
