1 1/2 lbs. fresh tilapia filet
2 Tbsp. Adams Reserve Jamaican Jerk Rub
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1/2 btl. (11.5 oz.) Cookwell & Co. Agave Dijon Mustard Glaze
2 Tbsp. green onions, chopped
Coat both sides of fish lightly with jerk rub.
Heat a large skillet to Medium-High; add oil, then fish. Sear one side, allowing fish to cook halfway through (about 4-5 minutes). Flip fish and cook another minute.
Top with glaze and simmer 2 minutes.
Remove from heat, sprinkle with green onions and serve.
