2 Tbsp. canola oil
4 (6 oz.) boneless skinless chicken breasts
* salt and pepper
1 onion, chopped small
1/4 c. agave nectar
1 can (15 oz.) black beans, rinsed, drained, and heated
Bring a medium sauté pan to Medium-High heat. Add oil, chicken seasoned with salt and pepper, and onions. Sauté 6 minutes, flip chicken, and cook additional 6 minutes.
Drizzle with agave and serve over black beans.
